Domain Registration:

• INOVA Visual is not responsible for the registration process of the domain and its administration.
• Registration information (WHOIS) will always be our customer’s. INVOA Visual will only appear as administrator.

Service:

• The payment method of this service is annual. It has a cost of $250.00 USD. INOVA Visual will inform its customers with 60 days prior to the registration expiration of the domain and             .

Web Development:

• In case of cancelation of any of our services, the partial or total payment will not be reimbursed due to administration costs.
• e-mail accounts are reestablished annually due to server’s maintenance. Once a year, INOVA Visual will delete all the content of the account’s Inbox and Outbox. We require authorization by our customers with 60 days of anticipation.

Content:

• INOVA Visual will not publish adult material or music, images, or videos under author’s copyright.

Domain Transfers:

• In case our customers decide to transfer their domain to another hosting company, the authorization code (EE0 and UNLOOK DOMAIN) must be requested by e-mail by the person that registered. Once this information has been released to our customers, INOVA Visual will not be responsible for the transfer process or administration of the domain.

Content Format:

• Customers’ website text can be made available in the following formats: Notepad, Wordpad, or Word Office as plain text (no tables).
• Images in JPEG or PNG formats.
• Logo in PNG format with transparency or JPEG with white background.
• Corporative colors: Hexadecimal numbers (#a0b0c0).
• Video: wmv, mpeg3, mpeg4, FLA, or SWF
• Audio: .mp3 or .wav

Time of delivery:

• Once all the webpage content has been made available to us by our customer, delivery time will be from 7 to 10 business days (HTML or FLASH).

Requesting webpage changes:

• Customer can request any changes to request@inovavisual.com.
• Please specify the change in the website and submit the new information.
• The addition of more link buttons (Home, Services, Products, etc…) has a cost of $135.00 USD.

More Domains:

• Please request to request@inovavisual.com (subject to availability) with an annual cost of $25.00 USD.

Requesting new e-mail accounts:

• Please request them to request@inovavisual.com.
• Please specify the name before the “@” in the address. (Example: john@yourdomain.com, david@yourdomain.com). 1GB capacity.

E-mail addresses rerouting:

• Please request to request@inovavisual.com.
• Rerouting e-mail address. (Example: instead of sending to “john@yourdomain.com,” send to “david@yourdomain.com”).

Additional E-mails:

• Please request to request@inovavisual.com.
• We have 3 options for additional e-mails:

                        A) 10 e-mails with a 1GB capacity: $25.00 USD annually.

                        B) 20 e-mails with a 1GB capacity: $50.00 USD annually.

                        C) 30 e-mails with a 1GB capacity: $75.00 USD annually.

Requesting a “Contact us form” (PHP programming) has a cost of $135.00 USD.
